ACCESS MEMBERSHIP HOW-TO GUIDE
- Visit the Access Membership sign up page
- If you already have an account with The Old Vic, you will now be prompted to log in. If you don’t already have an account, you will be prompted to join now
- Once you have logged in or joined up, you will be automatically re-directed to the Access Membership page. In order to be an Access Member, you must agree to sign up to receive Access News (this is the tick box at the top of the screen). You can then opt in to receive more tailored information from The Old Vic but this is optional. Once you have made these choices, click ‘update preferences’
- You will then be re-directed to the Stage page of the website. If you want to start booking tickets straight away, ensure you’ve logged out and then log back in to the website via www.oldvictheatre.com/account – this will activate your membership
- Select a show of your choice. You should now be able to pick up tickets at the Access rate*.
As an Access Member you can select wheelchair spaces online (look for the yellow seats with a wheelchair symbol) and companion seats (also yellow next to the wheelchair seats) and buy tickets in specific areas of the auditorium which have recommended views for captioned and audio described performances.
If you encounter any issues as part of this process, please give us a call on 0344 871 7635 or email box.office@oldvictheatre.com.
*The Access rate is not available on Premium, VIP and Charitable tickets, except on audio described, captioned, BSL and relaxed performances. Access rate is £22–£25 for Oedipus and The Brightening Air. Access rate is £30 for Harriet Walter & Friends: What Shakespeare’s Women Might Have Said.
