For many young people there are significant barriers to accessing a career in the arts, which is why we created Front Line.
Front Line offers young people paid Front of House placements to develop their employability, with a focus on those not in education, training or employment. Participants are also mentored by members of The Old Vic’s team and take part in workshops to develop CV writing and interview skills.
Front Line is one of our longest-running and most successful projects.
Our donation page is now live until Tue 05 Dec. During this time, we aim to raise £8,000 which will be matched by The Reed Foundation and an individual supporter, totalling £16,000 towards Front Line. If you can support, please visit our Big Give page, where you can double your donation at no extra cost to you.
