Oedipus

Ella Hickson is an award-winning playwright whose work has been performed throughout the UK and abroad. She is an Old Vic Associate Artist, a member of the Royal Society of Literature, a Thornton Wilder Fellow, and has twice been a MacDowell Colony Fellow, as well as a recipient of The Catherine Johnson Award.

Theatre as Choreographer includes: Fiddler on the Roof (Broadway); Motortown, The Arsonists (Royal Court); Saint Joan (National Theatre).

Choreographer, filmmaker and composer Hofesh Shechter OBE is Artistic Director of Hofesh Shechter Company, Associate Artist of Sadler’s Wells and Artist-in-Residence of Gauthier Dance (2021-2024). Among his many awards are the British Theatre Institute’s Award for Excellence in International Dance (2011) and an honorary OBE for Services to Dance (2018).
